Any cause of action or claim you may have with respect to the Service must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises or such claim or cause of action will be barred.

EARNINGS AND INCOME DISCLAIMER
Any earnings or income statements, or earnings or income examples, are only estimates of potential earnings. Where specific income figures are used and attributed to an individual or business, those persons or businesses have earned that amount. How Visitors can delete or deactivate Personally Identifiable Information collected by the Site – I provide Visitors and Authorized Customers with a mechanism to delete/deactivate Personally Identifiable Information from the Site’s database by contacting me through the Contact page at www.ValueMarketingCompany.com. However, because of backups and records of deletions, it may be impossible to delete a Visitor’s entry without retaining some residual information. Note that any individual who requests to have
Personally Identifiable Information deactivated will have this information functionally deleted.
What happens if the Privacy Policy Changes – I will advise my Visitors and Authorized Customers about changes to my privacy policy by posting such changes on the Site.
